      LED turn signals for my scooter

      Well I have this idea for doing LED turn signals on my bike. I have a custom design thought out and need some info on wiring. I can wire perfectly fine. I just do not have any experience with wiring LEDs in in this manner. I need to know what the best way is to wire in say 10 to 15 LEDs per turn signal. What resistor values I need and how I go about making them blink like they are supposed to. If anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
