What exhaust w/ truck arm suspension?

Hey guys need a little help here,

I am trying to decide what kind of exhaust to run on my 86 Monte SS. The problem is that I have custom built the frame from the firewall back, and am running the truck arm setup. This means that there is no way possible to run it all the way out the rear. I would love to do it that way but it is not possible w/ my shocks, shock mount, and phb setup. I will have to route it out infront of the tires, but I don't have much room. This is because I basically have a big X in my frame (see pics). For the engine I am wanting to build for it I will have to run 1.75" primaries w/ around a 30" primary length including the exhaust port length.

I know I am not going to have a very quiet car regardless, but don't want anything obnoxious. I also wander if the second ones are available w/ single in and single out?

Also, how hard/ expensive is it to build custom headers?
