Quick question, is your '69 T/A Hood fiberglass or steel? and where did you get it?

Thanks and welcome to the forum.

Hey Ed, sweet ride. Nice to see yet another bird brain on the site.
Question: I know it may abuse a few memory cells, but where did you get the locking hood pins ?

Hi, sry I some how missed this (on vacation today in SF, CA)

Its a fiberglass hood I bought from Classic Industries.(I just checked their site it appears they dont sell it now) When i ordered it they told me no way it would fit but i ordered it anyways and they sent a 400 hood instead? lol They ate the shipping to pick up the 400 hood and ate the shipping to reship the correct one ordered. I hate salesmen that think they are right. hahahaha(I know they know who i am hehe)

Anyways its a nice hood around a 1/4" thick.
It was about $630 bucks back then.

hmmm I dont exactly remember :/ It was a bitch to get it right though i remember that lol. When i get back home next week I will try to find out who carries them.

Im thinking of going to a flushmount aero latch style in the future.
