USAZR1 thanks for the compliments I have to admit I was a little worried posting because this site mainly caters to 1st gen Camaros but I thought 'hey this is Pro-touring" and anything done tastefully can be cosidered Pro-touring!!

PS. Thank for all the encouraging words I will continually post progress pics!!!

If you're concerned about mileage and still want performance I noted in another thread I'd like to see someone drop a modern diesel like a Duramax in one of these. It's be different, powerful and mileage would be outstanding.

You know I have to chime in...

I've been chipping away at this one for awhile.

I drive it daily when it ain't snowing...

I also have a 67 Impala Wagon in the works. Have most of the parts to start assembly, its getting a Banks turbocharged 6.2 diesel. Not going to be very fast, but should be fun.

I picked this one up a couple summers ago. I haven't started any work on it, but should probably get moving on it since it is big enough to hold my three kids and one friend for each them. Solid car overall. needs suspension rebuild, bigger brakes, engine overhaul and paint. I'm thinking two tone light and dark green.

I love wagons, I keep looking for one. There how ever is a 79 country squire in town that hasn't been registered since 99.

One thing to remember with wagons is that parts are not easy to find, so you have to be sure it's all there when you start unless your doing a Chevelle, Impala or in my case a mid 80's Malibu where parts can bet found from many different sources such as Monte ss, Buick, Olds and El Camino stuff are all interchangable....But all wagons are sweet. Here's a cool plate idea for one "WAYGONE"

I'd like a woodgrain wagon, like a 1972 torino, to build like that.

Keep the woodgrain, but have the contrasting colour be some crazy house of colour color. Oh, and different style woodgrain is allowed, too...
