      Cubic Inches X 0.004329 = Gallons

Cubic Inches in a Gallon of Liquid = 231

To figure the cubic inch volume of a container would depend on the shape of said container.

For example, an 18 gallon tank would be approx 4158 cubic inches or 2.40625 cubic feet. Point is, you need to convert your dimensions to different area/volume..errr you know.

Hope that helps.....google for area/volume calculators for help on that part.

I've ordered custom fuel cells before. Formula to use, assuming rectangular is:

      (L * H * W) / 231) * .95 = gallons capacity

The .95 assumes 5% loss for bladder, foam, etc. If it's just a tank, don't use the .95.
