      The Big turbo ?

Has anyone built a twin turbo big block?
we are building one that is going to make about 1500hp. the Big ? is what have you done to keep it cool when driving?
we have a 2 core Bcool rad a huge turbonetics intercooler 4" thick 30x10 core and it must have air conditioning as well.
we have twin Spal fans as well.
to me it looks like an overheating problem waiting to happen.
Just wondered if anyone had any ideas. if you want any more specifics please ask
      Thanks

What makes you think it will have overheating issues? As for underhood temps ceramic coat all the hot side parts and that helps immensely.

If you're worried go a little overkill on the radiator and everything should be fine.

Any idea what the CFM is on the fans?

Are you using an aluminum or iron block?

The fans are 1710 CFM each
      The rad is a becool 61008 27x18x2
And we are using a NEW Dart iron block and aluminum AFR cnc ported heads

as for the overheating concern............ I just look at all the stuff behind the grill and wonder how it would even be possible to not overheat
