Where and how to get stainless tubing and mandrel bent?

Hi, I want to do stainless tubing instead of radiator hoses. On the top hose i will just have a rubber coupling on the radiator and neck, i will need a "S" to go from the thermo neck to the radiator, I want to do it in Stainless, but don't know where to find someone with a mandrel bender or where to get the tubing for a decent price. Also where can i get nice couplings, i have seen some Gates hoses that were couplings, they weren't normal rubber, they looked "wrapped" on the outside and were very tough. thanks!
also what size tubing do i need, probabl somewhere around 1 1/2-2"s
