Is there any major surgery required to put these pedals in a 67 Nova?

Yes, I'm afraid there would be. Are you using the factory gas pedal? What brake/clutch pedal set up are you using? I have looked into building sets for these cars but have not had any interest or requests. If more people want them we can look into it further.

      Those pedals look nice!

How flush is the ruber against the aluminium? Does the rubber sit slightly higher or how "slick" are these petals in use? I mean how easily would your foot slide off?

      Thanks!

looks like the rubber is below the surface of the pedals, and the brake/clutch pedals have lugs sticking up.

When installing our pedals, you must remove the rubber covers. The black behind the brushed aluminum that you see is actually the inner pedal. Our pedals consist of an inner and outer pedal. The inner is black anodized.

As for slipping or traction...each brake and or clutch pedal has lugs placed in the most used area of the pedal. What I am trying to say is, we looked at where our foot is positioned when we are braking or shifting the transmission and put the lugs in those critical areas.

      I hope this helps.

hey Shannon, I emailed you wanting to know if you plan on offering your pedals all black in color, whether they were anodized or powder coated. Is this a possibility?
      Thanks,
      John

Yes, this is a possibility. The inner pedals are anodized. I have thought about doing kind of "reverse" set just to see what they would look like. Where the inner would be brushed and the outer would be black powdercoat, also the lugs would be aluminum. In other words, everything (except the lugs) would be just the opposite of what they normally are.

When did you email me? Was it a while back?
