      Tire size question?

I am looking for a taller tire than a 315/35/17. I am looking at going to 18's but not ready to go the 18x12 and 345 route yet but may have to. Anybody got any ideas? thanks in advance.

They are not enough difference to make it worth the expense. By going to 345/40/18 I gain around 1.5". I am just not quite ready to shell the big bucks yet.

Michelin Pilot Sport 345/35/18's are 27.4" tall. Who makes a 345/40/18?

Mike, are you going to relocate your frame rails for those 345s?

Already done. I took a pair of Comp Engineering rails and cut them up to match the floor pan. They have been mounted in straight. I got plenty room back there.
