Have you seen my car? A gold Chevy with a Mopar inspired stripe and dull wheels. I built my car to piss everyone off. I'm still wierded out when folks compliment my ride. So don't get the wrong idea. I could care less about the awards. But as an industry insider, I'm amazed at the number of the influencial aftermarket kingpins who just can't grasp Kenny's basic Duck scenario. Quack, waddle. Hey what's that? Let's lump this together with that. And let's homogenize and pasteurize the whole damn thing until all of the excitement has been sucked out of the concept. We may not even be talking about hot rods here. We might as well be talking about radio or some other form of creativity.



There must've been a point where Johnson and Johnson were standing around deciding how to style their engine compartment. All I'm saying is that I'm glad they decided to show off that beautiful honkin' hemi instead of covering it with a highly stylized bedpan.
