      Here's a link

Weird story, they say that nobody was hurt, but the driver ran off into the hills? Ok...

Funniest thing is the 'car expert' sounding guy in one of the clips says that the engine, "has a 16 valve V8".

Wow, a 16 valve V8? Who'd have thought there would ever be one of those!!

judging by the wheels on the enzo, its the one from west coast customs. (theres only one i know of with rims like that) there are two guys with the car, but they are claiming the "real" driver ran off. (the enzo seats two, duh) interesting.

this makes #3 that im aware of that wrecked. this one is the only one I know of that didnt kill its owner.

Holy Cow! It looks like a small jet airplane wreck site? That thing was hauling some a55 for sure! I have postponed getting a 328! I must save until I can get an older Testarossa! I love Ferrari Red! That car looks killer, even torn in half! I can't wait till 2050 when I hear my own V-12 roar!

Can you imagine your driving along, humming your favorite song, and that motor comes at you, spinning and smoking with parts flying off?

I dont think it tumbled, the air cleaner looks too intact. ??

anyone remember what magazine the amc rambler wagon with the ferrari 360 drivetrain was in? it was a readers rides sort of deal with in construction pics. the story told was that a kid borrowed his dads 360 modena for prom and wrecked the front end so some guy bought the wrecked heap and swaped the drivetrain into the rear of his station wagon.

Body language suggests the guy in the background is the driver.

How long before it shows up on EbaY as a repairable wreck?
It only has light rear-end damage...

On the news this morning they said the owner didn't know the "driver's" name. Just that he was known as "the German". Trust me, people do a lot of high speed crap on sections of PCH. It can be a fun place to open up. But THAT fast!

"I don't know the name of the guy that I let drive my Enzo..."

Like it's a used Accord out for a test drive... :bsjerk:

If that is in fact true, then I suggest he be nominated as damba55 of the year.
