      new from Kentucky 81 malibu

      awesome sight, glad a buddy sent me here.....

      81 malibu all original 267 V8 with air(yes works) 66,000 miles on it, garage kept, original paint down to the radio.

      I love your car. Take off the chrome on the wheel wells and drop it and it'd be even better.

      Looks great, kinda like my malibu. It was an all original 78,000 mile 267 when I found it. In fact, bought it with open title from original little old lady. Not original anymore, but such a great driver.

Just in case you want a quick look at some of the other G-body owners check the Open (Pro-Touring) Discussion Forum, page 5 and read the thread "Any G-Bodies Out There?". Just a quick run down on some of us and some good information to start with. That is of course if you haven't already read it. Once again, welcome.

      get rid of those big clunky protruding bumpers..that's what kills the looks of the later 70's 80's cars..get some close fitting nice chrome ones

      good lord i like it. looks very clean. problem i am having with mine now is i can't seem to go any lower in the front or im eating tires up with the innerfenderwell. and i dont really want to take them out. so now it looks all 4wheel drive.
