30 grand if done right, you also have to add in all of the sheet metal work that would need to be done to the floor of your car.

checkout Mike adams rod shop,he's down in florida, and builds some cool tube chassis for street rods.he use's full corvette suspension or 9in,or ??????.my 37 i built a copy of his frame,he's done many street rods, vette's,muscle car.he's not to badly priced and would be cheaper if you supplied the suspension.he's been alot of mag's and used to build frames for minotti fiberglass, and sam foose used his frame's to.

The price of the chassis is going to be determined by how complete of a roller you want and what components you are supplying. You might be surprised if you supplied all of your C-5 components. I would get a hold of www.progressiveautomotive.com and talk to them about it.

when i talked to mike adams on mine (9 years ago) he wanted 20,000.that was c-4 vette front, all chrome moly, full cage with a 4 link and 9in,fitted to the body, which when wasnt to bad compared to a simialer, repo style frame.

It usually cost around $20,000 to do this in a first gen. I would have to say maybe a little more than that for a second gen do to the fact that it hasn’t been done yet and there might be some things that need to be worked out.

By the way at 21st century we have an adapter and specially made input shaft to convert the C5 differential so that it can be used with the trany in the traditional location and a drive shaft to run the diff this takes care of the issue of extending the torque tube and also lets you keep you back seat.
