Pontiac 505 IAII build up suggestions

Finally recieved my income tax return and am contemplating a 505 Pontiac from Allpontiac.com. Would like to pick the brains of some of the knowlegdable people here. My goal is 600HP at the crank and the ability to retain my power brakes. I have already sourced a rear end for my 67 Lemans also so that is all set.

      1. What duration, lift and brand of roller cam should I consider?

      2. Carb and intake choice? (Temporary as I am going fuel injection later)

      3. Can the Edelbrock heads out of the box support this power level?

      505 build up

Check out the Pontiac Zone forums. Also, I would give Andy a call at Pure Pontiac Performance. Hot Rod magazine just did an article on his engine awhile back. His engine made something like 740 horsepower on pump gas. He is also a member on the Pontiac Zone forum. Also, don't hesitate to also check out BES in Indiana, CVMS (Central Valley Machine Service), and Ken's Speed and machine in FL. All the above post on the forum with the exception of BES. I am also considering a 505 build. I am also looking at All Pontiac's Tiger heads to go along with it.
