C5 and LS1 F-body Master Cylinders

Is there any difference between these two other than the reservoir and casting (the lines come out on different sides)? The internal bore diameter stroke etc? are they different?

I am changing from C4 front and LS1 rear calipers to C5 calipers all around. Should I use the C5 master? What about the C5 proportioning valve should I use that as well?
