Power steering cooler question. (yes I searched)

      1) can I convert my old small tranny cooler into a power steering cooler? Found answer to this which was yes as long as it is a tube type which I have

      2) would you hook up a steering cooler to the low or high pressure side?

Only answer I found was by Yody which was Low side But there was no confirmation or rebut.

Both of the answers you found I have also found to be correct. The low pressure side is the return line, and that's what you want to be cooling.

Yes and yes. High pressure can be 1300 psi, that would blow up a cooler! Cool the return flow.
