I can't get no... sparkisfaction
1. Replaced the coil.
-No spark
2. Coils only getting 6.3 volts
-no spark
3. New battery
- no spark
4. 3 wire leads, all of them are getting a positive signal
.15, 12, 9 respectively.
5. Tried hooking the leads directly to the battery.
- No spark
6. Checked the coil wire from the coil to distributor, getting 3-4 ohms. One of the leads fell off, but we put it back together, still getting resistance through it via the volt tester.
....Gonna go eat now, PLEASE help

Damn, I'm sorry... details right.
68 camaro, points type distributor... Fortunetly I was finally able to get ahold of a friend of mine who after 10 minutes had the thing running, and after another 20 had her running like a champ.

call Mr. Sparky!!!! If you need a restaurant guide call Howell...put the end of a plug wire to the head of your pud..it'll start sparking then for sure..that's the way the Murphy's LAW works..

Loose wire in the distributor, we screwed up the firing order, because my friend that was reading the book is apparently illiterate. Basically a whole lot of problems from the 'how does a carb work' generation.
