      Brickyard-

I had the stuff Z is talking about; basically, you're using 98-02 Fbody rotors with the Fbody caliper. They work waaaaaaaay better than the stock 69 stuff. It's a REAL easy swap!

Can you use vette brakes in the rear? It seams liike everyone used LS1 on the rear? Whar is the difference?

I am looking to bur front and rear rotors off ebay 12" ans 12? or 13" and 12"?

I am also looking to buy calipers, C% or C4 front and waht for the rears?

I just want a decent street package. I do noot plan on rabing it.

According to Speed Techs web site:

In order to clear many whells they say to get:
      C5 calipers
      C4 13" rotors
      and their brakets

Will an aftermarket C4 13" rotor work?

Where else can I buy the calipers other than ebay?

      Are C4 calipers ok?

That is basically what I'm running- C5 caliper, 13" C4 rotor (Baer Eradispeed+ 2-piece), and TC brackets (I got my kit from TC).

You can get the calipers from them, or cruise LS1tech.com & the vette forums for the C5 stuff. I had to run this setup for clearance reasons (BS Rebel wheels). Another place to rty is GMpartsdirect.com; they normally have decent prices on the calipers & hardware.

I have a new set of the DBA Gold rotors (13" C4) that I'll sell ya- I have too many sets of rotors here!

C4 Calipers are fine (Baer uses them in a BUNCH of their kits), but if you can fit them, I'd go with the C5 stuff.

      C5 and C6 brake upgrade

Try this I know you will like all the options avalible at www.Kore3.com and tell him what you are looking for and he will give you the cost. I have been getting most of my stuff from him and I will have a Z51 setup which gives me 13.6 rotors front and 13 rear. He has all the little stuff I need Pins, Bolts and brackets, etc. I have been very pleased with the quality and the price so look him up, enjoy Claude.

I've ordered the C5 rotors from Grip-Force, and the Z06 alipers from Hubcaps through e-Bay, no problem with either company.

I just bought my parts from www.kore3.com. They are awsome! They sell Z06 calipers, nice brackets, and trick hoses. Nice people.
