David Pozzi ? 73 camaro Springs

      David
What springs did you use on Mary's 73? What spring rate are the F/R and what bar size(s) are you running.

I really like how the car sits and I am sure it handles well. I just bought a 73 RS and am going to do a quick build on the car, run the heck out of it a Buttonwillow, and them sell it to finish my 69z

      Thanks
      Dave

Dave and mary used a Hotchkis kit. I believe it comes with 600lb springs.

      Yes, it handles very well.

Yea, I heard that it handles well. I usually go to the track days at Buttonwillow with Dave (orngcrush) and his brother Dan, but I missed the last day where they ran the car.

It's all Hotchkis stuff. I told Mary I could "save her money" but she isn't into piecing things together, she wanted all the stuff in one kit and I told her I liked the Hotchkis stuff mainly their hollow anti-roll bars.
I didn't measure the bars, the front coils are upper 600's and 175 rear leaf's.
The car is neutral to a slight oversteer as the fuel load goes away.
67 Camaro RS that will be faster than anything Mary owns.

      Thanks David

I take it you did not have to cut the springs to get the ride hieght where is is at?

I started looking at piecing a system together and by the time you get all the main parts: Front springs w/adj cup, rear springs w/unknown ride height, and sway bars I figure that I would only save $250 over the TVS kit which includes all the hardware.

I have read some past posts on AFCO solid upper and lower CA bushings, any opinion or experience with these.

      Thank again
      Dave
