      Wilwood proportioning valve question

Can anyone suggest a good starting point for a Wilwood proportioning valve? I just finished bleeding the brakes and Wilwood suggested starting out with the knob turned all the way in. This is a 500 hp pro touring Camaro build, but still a street car that won’t see track time. Manual, no booster. Any advice would be appreciated.

All the way in, out half a turn, is where I always start. Usually it works fine right there but that assumes proper parts selection. Sometimes I have to make adjustments after testing due to improper parts selection.

As said above 1/2 turn out. Then stopping tests to see how the rear brakes react and adjust from there.
