Anyone install TMI door panels in a second gen Camaro?

I’ve got TMI door panels, and factory reproduction upper and lower door panel pieces and I don’t know how they attach? First off, the TMI panels have some holes perforated and some drilled, but none of them fit my stock replacement mounting clips and hole locations. Does the lower part (the plastic arm rest part that surrounds the door pull) attach to the door panel BEFORE it gets attached to the door? Then the top piece( the part that has the window felt) goes on last? Any help or advice, even if you used other door panels in brands would be greatly appreciated. Pictures of how the three pieces get installed would be amazing! Thanks in advance!

How about just stock reproduction panels, how does the lower portion attach(the arm rest part), does it screw to the main panel before you attach it to the door?

I'm far from an expert but since nobody else is chiming in, perhaps this will help. This came up during a search.

It looks like the door panels are held together with a series of small screws with large flat heads. It also looks like the arm rest is attached to the panel first, then the other trim piece.

Have you tried calling TMI and asking what they recommend for this? At 1500 bucks a set, instructions should be part of the deal.

Edit - don't know what happened to the pic I initially linked but I think I have it fixed now.

I did contact TMI and the guy acted as though no one had ever asked him about instructions or required hardware. He said he would look into it and get back to me. I’m still waiting. I can’t imagine other than the holes not lining up with the door, that the TMI panels are much different than stock. I’m very surprised no one has shared their experience installing the 3 piece door panels. (TMI or otherwise)

I fixed my post, saw it was missing stuff. The links are now fixed and should shed some light on it. Worse comes to worse, an upholstery shop should be able to install them if you aren't able to figure it out or TMI doesn't come through. I wish I could offer more but it's been some 30 years since I've been behind the door panel of a 70s car and my interest then was in fixing the window, not the door panels so I never really looked at them.

Thank you, I'm gonna order those screws. At least I'll know THEY are correct.
