What gasket material for a fuel pump top ring??
I have a fuel tank that I need to make a gasket for. It has a top mount pump, opening around 8" in diameter but has raised areas where the bolts go. I am looking for a gasket sheet that is gas compatible & will compress at the raised areas & still seal on the non-raised areas. Or if someone has other ideas for sealing, please share those as well.

When I build a gas tank I made a gasket from Viton.
