Nemesis X 1967 Impala Pro touring build

Introducing the 1967 Nemesis X Pro Touring Impala Build

This is not a pro shop, it is a thank you to my father who passed on the automotive skills for many years. In his passing it took me awhile to figure out this project. In his memory, I work to finish this showcasing all the skills he imparted upon me in the past 50 years. I was able to continue this with the help of AI for sequencing and recommendations.

The Nemesis X project is officially underway—a ground‑up, home‑built pro‑touring transformation of a 1967 Chevrolet Impala. This build combines classic full‑frame muscle with modern engineering, AI‑assisted planning, and a 22‑phase workflow designed for precision, repeatability, and serious performance.
We’ve begun by laser‑leveling the chassis and establishing a fixed datum plane that every measurement, cut, and suspension point will reference. With the frame locked in and the first of fourteen poly body bushings being installed, the foundation is now set. From here, the car will evolve quickly as each system is mocked, measured, and integrated.

As the phases roll out, I’ll break down each step—from chassis reinforcement to wiring, from drivetrain mock‑up to interior fabrication. If you have questions, ideas, or your own Impala project, jump in. If you’ve got the skills, I can even walk you through the exact design path we used to engineer this build.
The Nemesis X journey has begun.

What to Expect from the Nemesis X Build

This isn’t a cosmetic refresh—it’s a full pro‑touring conversion built around reliability, geometry, and violent acceleration: Here is my vision of a modern muscle car a 1967 Impala project Nemesis X.

      • Global West front and rear suspension
      • Wilwood 14" braking system
      • EFI 540ci Brodix big block
      • Twin TorqStorm superchargers feeding dual Garrett intercoolers
      • Thermostat‑controlled Mishimoto oil and transmission cooling
      • Aeromotive Phantom twin‑450 LPH fuel system supporting

      • Easy composites carbon fiber center console and door pane inserts fabrication
      • Tandy leather hides from Italy for interior

      More updates coming.
