      Whipple fuel system routing

Hello all, first post here. I’m building a c10 and it’s getting an ls3 with a 2.9 whipple. Blower is on order and I’m looking at getting my fuel system routed before putting the bed back on. I have a few questions and want to get some advice as I tend to massively over complicate and build stuff.

      some details:
      it’s a stage 2 ls3 built for boost
2.9 whipple with Wegner front drive
      Dbw TB
tank in bed with dual in tank pumps

want to er on the side of too big as if I blow this up I will be going bigger and more bullet proof. It will be a driver with some AX trials on occasion.

pump has 4 6an ports; pump 1, pump 2, return, and vent.

my initial thoughts are p1/p2 6an out to a 6an-8an Y. Then 8 AN to th front going into a dual outlet fuel regulator (fitech 54002), then back to dual 6an lines to the rear of fuel rails with a crossover on the front of the rails. And a 6an return straight to pump.

is this a solid setup OR what should I look at doing. I want to have a balance of performance but also look clean from a plumbing perspective.

I would be taking a good look at the vaporworx stuff now owned by Aeromotive. They have dual pump controllers.

Close. A single 6AN has a cross section of 58.70956mm. Two would be 117.41912mm. A single 8AN is 98.06432mm. Therefore, the 8AN would become a restriction for flow here. A 10AN would have a cross section of 158.70936mm, larger than the two 6AN lines, so would not present a restriction to the pair of 6AN hoses. So, use 10AN instead of 8AN and the single line won't be a flow restriction.

I converted to mm because this calculation below 1 inch is problematic. The math is A = π (D/2)2.

A single 8an line is sufficient for this setup according to whipple but I will definitely keep that in mind as I

You did say you wanted to overbuild as the next one would be built to a higher power level so...
