Rear discs for 9" Ford with Chevy bolt pattern?

We scored a narrowed 9" Ford rear for our Vega project...but it has Chevy bolt pattern axles in it...is there a way to convert from drum to disc, and fit inside a 15" wheel? I don't need anything massive out back, as lighter (weight) is definitely better, and any disc setup should be worlds ahead of the drums...

As luck would have it I have this kit in production. We built it for a customer on the Pro-Touring boards last year, this is the good news. The bad new is that the kit has a 13" rotor in it. This would most likely collide with your 15" wheels though, should you decide to run 17" wheels give me a call. I also have a connection to one of our Wholesale dealers (Fast Eddy's in CA.), that produces OE type disc conversions for a very reasonable price.
