1968 F100 Pro Touring
Old school meets new school. This is my 8HP75 Ram trans project. 1968 F100, Ride Tech front suspension, 15.5 2015+ Mustang front Brembo brakes, Steeda 18x9.5 Ultralites for a 2005 Mustang all around, 9in rear widened to fit the 295x4518's in the stock wheel wells with 3.89 Quick Performance Aluminum center section and custom 4 link, 351C, Holley High Ram, Multiport Injection, Coil near plug, Solid lift cam, 92mm throttle body, 95 fox power rack, Volvo electric power steering pump, Terminator X MPFI, Turbo Lamik, Sequential shifter with PRND Can Bus switch, Trans is going in this week.

Looks great, it's going to be killer. That's going to be a lot of fun to drive. I've been learning about the 8hp lately, it makes a pretty trick setup. What heads are you running on your Cleveland? There's some voodoo in the original-style, open chamber heads, but they can fly.

Hardcore Cleveland fans will insist the original open chambers are a great design, the key to the motor, but it says a lot to me that the entire industry abandoned that concept shortly after Ford put it on the road. I think it'd be fun to build a Cleveland, or even a 400, but I feel like quench heads such as the 3V are the way to go.
