Looking at the instructions on Aeromotive for the 66162(i just picked one) it seems like its for an aftermarket fuel pump, I'm assuming that's what you're using? From what I gather in the the instructions, you would not use the yellow wire because that's for ECM's that have a negative pump trigger. The blue is for ECM with a positive pump trigger signal which the LS has.
The negative wire from your fuel pump would attach to the vaporworx controller where the negative battery terminal connection also goes.
The 66162 is a ReturnX system meant to be used with a return line and external pressure regulator. It is not recommended to use a return-type system with modern fuel modules, including the CTS-V.

Carl, what are the ramifications of using a return-type system with a modern fuel module? In my case, an Edelbrock 35860 Pro-Flo4 and a ZL-1 module?

The correct answer is you can not add a return to the module. You can add a return to the tank, though. The problem is that it will pump the reservoir dry in the module, which is one of the reasons to run the module in the first place.

When you compare the costs of a vaporworx controller to a quality bypass regulator and the materials needed to run the return line and then factor in the time spent mounting and routing said return line......the vaporworx controller is really a great deal and you get a far better fuel system.

Did you purchase that fuel door somewhere? Someone did a poor job of one on my car that I was going to just leave but I like that one & it looks large enough to cover what I have now.
