      Hello from shade tree mechanic

I’ve been lucky to have active projects over the past few years. Currently I’m upgrading a 1964 Dodge 330 w modern drivetrain. Last year my son in law and I upgraded his 1965 Mustang I put some notes in the projects forum. These are more restomod than pro tour. I did a NCRS Top Flight Corvette a few years back and found it constraining. If replacing a worn part why not improve it?

I try to do as much of the builds as I can. I’m reasonably skilled with engines, drivetrain, suspension, fuel system incl carbs and EFI. I don’t have the skills, space or tools for bodywork or paint. I’m not an upholstery guy.

I have a couple of European cars but really have enjoyed working on 60s muscle. I may take on a euro car project in the future.

      Welcome to the site!

You say "Right now the forum isn’t posting my thread. Seems like a forum bug" I see several recent posts from you. Were there some that you created that didn't work?
