Opportunities... to buy, or not to buy

Hello everyone. I am having a bit of a dilemma and looking to get 'sage' or well, any kind of advice or opinions. I am currently finishing up my 1964 Chevy C20 Restoratmod, and have a 1973 Pontiac Firebird Formula (getting a complete Resto/ProTouring-mod) to start next, but I have an opportunity to purchase a 1966 Ford Fairlane that seems to be in outstanding condition for what appears to be a very reasonable price.

My dilemma is that I have the money to buy the Fairlane, but I don't have the space to keep it in my garage... in addition to I cannot leave anything I buy untouched! I have a knack for buying something, tearing it completely down and completely-ish rebuilding it, driving it for a month or two and then selling it to move on to the next project. I like GM products because of the ease of finding parts and a lot of the friendliness of engineering they present when working on them. This Fairlane (1966-67 model years) doesn't seem to have as much support (would absolutely want to do suspension/steering mods, brakes, wheels and tires - for some autocross fun), but it has been nearly 30 years since I owned an old Ford.

What to do, what to do? Advice, wisdom, opinions, trolling.... what do you have?

(P.S. I am thankful I have a loving and understanding wife who has not had a garage space for the last... 8 years!)
