Looking for a cam

2018 Challenger, 6.4L A8 going in my project

Does anyone have a cam recommendation that will build low end torque and help me get to 600HP? I'll also be doing a dyno tune and long tube headers to get there. Where I'm running into a problem is, I want to retain the MDS and VVT. All the cams I've looked at so far want to drop the MDS and very few keep the VVT - those that do put phase limiters on it.



Speaking of phase limiters, are they essential or would fly cutting the pistons eliminate the need to limit the phase? I'm thinking that phase limiters are a "no need to remove the head" bandaid.
