Shop Recommendations in San Diego

My 67 Camaro project is largely complete but there are several items that just need to be finished to get it on the road. Paint and interior are done. Its got a new full chassis, suspension and LS7, T56 and all new drive train. Engine needs to be started and tuned, gauges don't work, AC charged, etc. Hood latch, both doors, door locks adjusted etc. There are just a bunch of loose ends that need to be tied up. I have been tinkering with it, but just don't have time or the know how to fix all of this stuff. Looking for a shop in the San Diego area, doesn't have to be cheap as I will pay for quality honest work. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
