      Ricks restomod tank vent

I have this tank and before I start the install I’ve been trying to do some research on the venting. This tank has this port on top. Question is, do I only need a vent line with tip over valve or a canister kit ?

I used one of these on mine. Didn't even think of a canister kit. No issues with it so far.

I just used the tip over valve on mine. Called Ricks that’s what they recommended. They also said to get it as high as possible.

If you plan to park the car in a garage you may want to look into fume catching device like a charcoal canister or something like that.
