      Need a recommendation

      Hey fellas -

Looking for a recommendation here. I've read that the Aeromotive external fuel pumps don't hold up. The car I just acquired and am modifying has one.

      Has the A1000 fuel pump.

Engine is a 468 Big Block, Duel Carbs with a 671 Weiand blower on it.

Fuel cell is in the trunk - going to replace that as well. This is the current setup.

For a carb'd engine - what pump/cell do you fellas recommend? I would like to clean it up a bit. Not worried about spend - just don't want to get stuck somewhere with the kids.

      Thanks in advance.

For a carb'd engine you want a low pressure fuel pump. The In-tank ones are best, they run cooler and are quiter. Plus if your going with a cell, you can get surge/collector tank and you will never be starved of fuel.
