Header-head bolt clearance
My header flanges are hitting the head bolts. My options are probably gind the flanges, remove the washer from the header bolt, and find head bolts that have a smaller head. What do you suggest I try first, and are any of those bad ideas (do the head bolts require washers for proper torquing)

Grind the flange. You need the washers.
