      Holley Sniper throttle cable bracket

What are good options for throttle brackets that will work with the holley sniper & air gap intake?
I finally have the camaro back on the road & I am working on fixing some of the bugs, like the whistle & stiff throttle pedal. I have had a chance to drive it for about 50 miles and these are the only two issues so far.

The "stiff" throttle is caused by the pivot point on the Sniper throttle where the cable attaches and the mounting point of the cable fitting on the engine not being level. The cable can be higher than the Sniper attachment point slightly. If it's lower the cable force required to force the rotation of the throttle arm at it's highest point in the arc is where the "stiffness" is felt.

This will help with the stiff/touchy pedal. https://www.holley.com/products/fuel...ts/parts/20-16

A simple 4 hole spacer will solve the "Sniper whistle" https://www.holley.com/products/fuel...ts/parts/520-2

      I received both parts already.
Will I have to retune the sniper and am I supposed to use a gasket on top and bottom of the spacer?
