1969 Chevelle Malibu no eng/ trans

It is with great regret that I have to sell this 1969 Chevelle Malibu project car, we bought it a year ago and bought new front sheetmetal and a ton of upgrade and LS swap parts for it, I was going to start building it for my younger brother as a surprise, who unexpectedly died 3 days before Christmas and 7 months after loosing his wife to a long battle with cancer, now my 10 yr old nephew ( his son) has lost everything and went to live with my youngest brother in a different state, we are just trying to recover money we have into it

car was previously redone, but had a small fire on engine/ dash are, (guys wife poured gas on engine and lit it up)

no engine or transmission, was going to do a LS Swap 6.0L TKO500 resto-mod

Have new in boxes front sheetmetal (fenders, inners and SS hood (is on car now)
original replacement front header panel and lower valance
original fenders on car are dinged up alot, could possibly be repaired
car has no rust in floors, rockers, doors, quarters (have some filler at wheel lips)
trunk has small rust hole on rh side, have brand new trunk pan for it
has disc brakes in front
10 bolt in rear with drum brakes
has rear seat, no front seat
no rh door/ quarter glass
have new black vinyl top kit and headliner kit for it (can include)

I have been buying / collect performance upgrade parts for this car for past year, those will be made available to buyer, sold off separately after car sells (suspension, steering, brakes, LS swap parts, interior parts, weatherstripping, etc) but the build is canceled now

also have a separate 12 bolt rear end 3.55 posi (71-72' "RV" code LS5 454 ) available for additional $$
