No the Hyd Roller lifters like any Roller lifter can be reused.
As for a cam I would do something like a Comp 11-450-8 with the beehives. I custom design all my cams since a shelf roller and a custom all cost the same to me. But that's the area where I would start with a cam for your motor. Shoot me a PM or E-mail if you need some help with that.
