      guldstrand vrs hotchkis

Tomorrow I order my rear leaf springs. Guys, I really need some opinions. Should I go with Guldstrand Racing springs or the Hotchkis? I'm building a handling car, comfort really isn't an issue. The Guldstrands state that the 2nd leaf wraps 1/2 way around the front eyebolt. Can anyone tell me the benefits of this? The Hotchkis runs 3/4 of the way towards the front. I've gone over and over these and I really don't know which way to go.
      Thanks Kleptopigdog

If the Guldstrand springs "still" have solid bushings, I'd lean towards the Hotchkis. I have a pair of old Guldstrand "autocross' leafs and they came with bronze bushings front and rear. they really hammered on each bump and were the worst over tar strips on the freeway. They weren't too bad on average roads but those tar strips would shake my mirrors out of adjustment!
