Single DIN radio install in '72 Firebird

Hey all,

I'm trying to get a single din CarPlay head unit plugged into my firebird. I'm attempting to turn it into as competent of a daily driver as possible while retaining as much of the original car as I can. I know I can buy a center console with space for a double DIN but I'm not exactly financially boundless. Does anyone know if there are brackets I can buy to convert the stock radio slot to a single DIN unit or any already existing design for one that I can fabricate?
