FAST xfi power adder wiring question

I am hooking up a single stage nitrous system on my 502. I am a little confused probably just being over cautiuos but here's my question.

I hooked the solenoids up through a relay to trigger the relay It says

"The pink wire on pin E is the enable wire. Connecting this wire to +12v enables the power adder system. This is typically connected to a toggle switch."

then the blue wire w/ white tracer is the ground that triggers the relay

Does that mean the toggle switch is to be used as a gate for the pink wire or does it need 12v+ on one side and the pink wire on the other. I just want to make sure before I hook 12v to the computer and fry something. Anybody got any ideas I called fast but I think they are closed until after the 1rst.

Yes the Nitrous arming wire gets 12v, all the others activate relays via ground.
