Relocate Sway bar mount on Ridetech lower control arms to resolve wheel clearance?

Looking for opinions on a problem. I'm running 20x10" wheels in the front of my 72 C10, and after swapping over to ridetech suspension I'm finding that my wheels are running into the swaybar mounts on the LCAs. At first I was going to build some steering stops, but unfortunately, the interference gets worse when weighted up, and it really is going to limit my turn radius more than I'd like.

Now I'm thinking about relocating the sway bar mounting pad to the inside of the lower control arm, which would completely resolve the interference issue.

Curios what you suspension gurus think. Will it mess with the geometry too much, or has anyone done this before?

      Cheers all!

Conversely, I could mount it on the same side of the control arm, but on top instead of bottom, if I could find or fab new end links.

The geometry will be fine as long as you do not move it much closer or further away from the ball joint, and maintain a vertical position at ride height. It will be fine. I would look at possibly mounting it directly on top of the arm. If that does not work, moving it back to the inside pocket of the arm will be fine as long at there is no interference issues.
