I have the same wilwood set up 6/4 on my '68 Camaro. Had no issues running my old 15" wheels in the rear at all - cleared with calipers on. Had to remove calipers in the front tho. Clears rotors no prob.

No brakes on my roller yet, but I used 3/4" plywood to make 'wagon' wheels. Hammered a nail in the middle, used a piece of string to draw my circle, and used a random wheel spacer in my tool box as the template for stud spacing and hub opening. I've had no problems moving the car around in the garage with the drivetrain in it.
