New GTO

I got an 05 Chevy 2500HD 4 door short bed 4 X 4 with a 6.0 and 4.10 gears. It is all stock with a K&N filter/cold air kit (got for $100!) and the best mileage has been 14.xxxMPG and the worst has been 11.xxxMPG! I have checked EVERY tank in hopes that it will increase, but no luck. I have 12,000+ miles on it since September, so quite a bit of highway along with city driving. The D's are ALOT better MPG, but it also cost's more. Just some food for thought.

The 6.0 GTO's get 16-18 around town and 25+ with the manual trans on the freeway. My auto still gets 17+ around town and 21-22 on the freeway.
