      The Duke's of Hazzard

Has everyone been watching The Duke's of Hazzard over the holidays. I still enjoy it today. My little girl who is 7 can't stop watching it. And the really good thing about it, is that even our kids can watch it and still laugh. The T.V. shows of yesterday were family shows and the ones today you feel like nothing is safe anymore.
I would love to thank the people that are in or part of this show for what they gave us as kids and as well as our kids something safe to watch yesterday and today!

I have heard that Ben Jones ( couter ) has a shop near Pigeon Forge is that true?

He is in Gatlinburg. It is amazing every time I go by there to see how many people are posing beside the General Lee, the ole wrecker, or the Sheriff's car. I am not sure how he affords the rent for where he is located, but must be doing something right. They even have a annual event that really has us invaded with General Lees every summer. Yeehah.

My girls are 8 and 5 and they love it! They own most of the shows on DVD. Their favorite car is the General Lee. Oh well, the 69 Camaro came in second!

As a real 'Duke' (Last Name) I can say I still watch the show.

And no, I'm not going to name my son's bo, luke, or daughter daisy so don't ask.

Hey Darrin, they're referring to the TV series, not the movie that butchered it. LOL Young'un.

I rented the movie over the weekend. It was hoakey. But DAMN does Jessica Simpson have a body. I can't belive Nick Lachey was all over that sh*t every night. Or perhaps he wasn't and that explains the divorce.

If you rent the movie, don't watch the special features about the General Lee. I cringed at all the beautiful 68 and 69 Chargers that they were destroying. And yes...they destroyed those cars. Just a damn shame.
