Learn me - Spectra EFI tank in non efi application?

Hello, Just wondering if anyone can tell me if this tank- https://ecat.spectrapremium.com/products/GM37HFI could be made to work in a non refi application. I'm just plumbing my 65 GTO tri power, and I need to run a regulator and max out the fuel pressure at 6 psi. The reason I'm thinking of an in tank pump is so that I can hide the regulator, In a stock application, I would need to put a regulator between the pump and front carb and there just isn't room to do it nicely. My system also does not have a return line.
