Didn't want to post this,but here goes.
My step son purchased a gift certificate online for me,so I can put it toward a purchase,well that was bought on the 12th of this month,so I try using it the next day and I'm told they send a certificate in the mail to send BACK to then to use toward a purchase.well I spoke with josh,and he says he can take care of it and deduct the balance on my part from my paypal,this was this Fri.
I look at my PayPal no money was deducted.
No email was sent with an invoice that it went thru,if I knew it was going to be this much trouble to redeem a gift my son gave to me,I would have just had him give me money to add to my PayPal account.
Kinda sucks that a nice thing my son did for me went down hill.
