Lean bank 1 and 2

I have an 06 ls2 out of a vette. I’m getting lean codes po171 and po174 lean bank 1 and 2. I’ve read a whole bunch of threads all over the Internet and never really found a solution. This is both banks. I’ve checked for vacuum leaked by blowing smile into the brake booster vacuum port and didn’t see anything. I’ve never had the intake off. I cleaned the maf which is stock and has a screen. I don’t think it could be the o2 sensors since they would both have to go. This happened shortly after first fireup this spring. It’s only got 15000 miles on it. I’ve got good fuel pressure and the pressure readings on the computer for barometric and all that seem right. I’ve been running fuel injector cleaner through it but with the computer running it so rich I haven’t been driving it enough to probably clean out the injectors.
Could both sides of the injectors get clogged off enough to do this?
Could both o2 sensors go and could it cause this or wouldn’t I get a different code?
Is there something else I should be looking for?
