No Fuel Pump For E-38 LS7 ECU Need Help

I have a problem with my E-38 computer and am looking for help. The car is cranking but there is no fuel pump activation with the key on. I am trying to find out what wire in the E-38 ECU activates the fuel pump. After getting the car back from the body shop, I did find two wires from the ECU that were damaged (broken). A solid green wire, and a green/white wire. The green /white wire had been soldered at one point. I put a meter on both wires, only the green/white shows voltage (12v) when the key is switched on. I have a Racetronix fuel pump wiring harness with a 40 amp relay in place, and the wiring harness leading up to the relay is intact. I replaced the Tyco relay in case that was needed but there is no power getting to the relay. So if anyone is well versed in the schematic of the E-38 ECU relating to the fuel pump, I would really appreciated the help. Thanks.
