69 Camaro Suspension Question - Will this combo work

      Gents,

I am trying to figure out my suspension as i have got the what i call "two thousand dollar yourself to death" bug on this build.

Long story short, I added about 50 more HP to my 427 big block and the factory 6cyl 10 bolt didnt like that very much with a 275 tire. So i ordered a Moser Engineering 12 bolt (yes i know 9" conversions work but something about keeping it GM i like)

      Here is what I have:

      Front:
      Spindles: Stock
      Control Arms: Unknown Tubular
Springs: 6cyl with spacer (no i didnt do this)
      Shocks: Factory style replacement
      Sway Bar: 1"

      Rear:
      Rear End: 10 Bolt
      Springs: Mono Leaf
      Shocks: Monrow Air Shock
      Sway Bar: None

Here is what I want to do:
      Front:
Spindles: CPP C5 Hub with ridetech true turn (i want to get a 9-9.5" wheel with a 265/35/18)
Control Arms: Keep Current tubular for now
      Springs: Viking 650#
Shocks: Viking Hybrid Coilovers from Speedtech
      Sway Bar: 1" for now

      Rear:
Rear End: 12 Bolt Moser (3.55 33 spline Truetrac)
Springs: Speedtech Torque arm or Chasis works G-bar (cant decide)
Shocks: Matching single adjustable coil overs
      Sway Bar: None

      Comments:
      • I plan to mini tub the car at a later date
      • I cant currently afford a full front subframe
      • I will be running Wilwood brakes on all 4 corners

Advise comments or concerns? Any help is greatly appreciated

It's going to cost more than $2,000

Show us the Tubular A-Arms that you already have - if they are Chinese, I will tell you to replace those

650lb Spring is too much for the front

Why wouldn't you want a ViKing Double Adjustable Coilover for the Rear to match the Front?

Yes what I meant by my comment was everytime i turn around its another 2 thousand here and there. I know im going to be in the 10k range with brakes and rear end.

I will send a picture of the A arms and I agree with your recommendation I just need to get the wheel off so i can see what I am working with.

You think 650 is too much for a iron block and head big block?

The vikings are double adjustable you are correct

      Thank you for the support.
