02 Sierra ridetech 4 link ride height

I am considering installing a ridetech 4 link air system. I would like a ride height of 4 inches down in the rear. I called them and was told a minimum of 6 inches down, but since then I saw their website says 4-6 inches down ride height. I wanted to hear from anyone using their rear suspension in a 99-06 gm and if a ride height of 4 inches down is reasonable? Thanks

You are correct that the kit will lower your truck a minimum of 6in in the rear at ride height. While the system can be raised due to it being air, you increase the risk of topping out the shock and the air spring if you were to drive it at any height above that. The kit as a whole, when placed at ride height, equates to about a 4/6 drop. How low are you looking to lower the truck? We may have some other options available to get you slightly lower than stock ride height.
Feel free to contact me directly via phone, email or DM on here if you have any other questions. Ill be more than happy to help you out if I can.
